Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a 12-count muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, brown sugar, banana extract, and milk until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
