Healthy Strawberry Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- In a blender, combine the bananas, almond butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth.
- Add the coconut flour, coconut sugar, and baking powder to the blender and blend again until incorporated.
- Transfer the batter to a large bowl and gently fold in ½ cup of the strawberries and ¼ cup of the chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin cavity about ¾ full with the batter and top with the remaining strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
