Instructions
- Chop the cabbage and green shallots finely, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze out excess water from the cabbage and shallots, then mix with pork mince and sauces in a bowl.
- Place one wrapper on a board, wet one edge, and overlay it with another wrapper. Repeat with two more wrappers.
- Spoon a heaped teaspoon of the pork mixture onto the center of each wrapper, wet the edges, and fold to seal.
- Roll the dumpling from one side to form a rose shape and repeat with the remaining wrappers.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, place the dumplings, and brown the bottoms.
- Add water to the pan, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and let the water evaporate, then serve the dumplings.
