Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 30 seconds.
- Stir in coleslaw mix and green onions, cooking until cabbage is wilted.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, then remove from heat.
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling onto each egg roll wrapper and fold according to package directions, sealing with beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 350 degrees.
- Fry 3-4 egg rolls at a time until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
