Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey in a skillet and transfer to a plate.
- Sauté the bell pepper in the same pan, then add green onions, garlic, and ginger, followed by cabbage and carrots until wilted.
- Combine the turkey with the sautéed vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, and Chinese five spice, then cool the mixture.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper, place filling in the center, and seal with beaten egg.
- Fold and roll the wrapper tightly to enclose the filling.
- Heat oil for frying to 370 degrees and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
- Alternatively, bake the egg rolls at 425 degrees until crispy.
