Instructions
- Whisk together 1 Tbsp soy sauce with cornstarch in a small bowl, then mix in remaining ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet, add half the ginger and garlic, and sauté briefly.
- Add ground turkey, season with salt, and cook until done. Drain and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, heat remaining oil and sauté onions until softened.
- Add bell pepper, remaining ginger, and garlic, and sauté for a minute.
- Toss in cabbage and carrots, pour the sauce over, and cook until cabbage is tender.
- Return the cooked turkey to the skillet, adjust seasoning, and serve topped with green onions and sriracha.
