Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil.
- Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until it begins to soften.
- Add the ground turkey and cook for 5-6 minutes until mostly cooked, then add the minced garlic.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and carrots, and let cook for a few minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, honey, and sriracha to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the turkey mixture and cook for 7-9 minutes until the cabbage is cooked down and the sauce thickens.
- Top with sesame seeds, green onion, and any additional toppings before serving.
