Ingredients

The base

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 6 cups Shredded coleslaw mix

Aromatics

  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Fresh ginger (minced or grated)

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp Toasted sesame oil

Garnishes

  • ¼ cup Green onions
  • optional Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add ground pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Reduce heat, add coleslaw mix and coconut aminos, and cook until cabbage is tender.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in toasted sesame oil and green onions, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
