Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Chop the shallot, garlic, and green onions.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
- Sauté shallot and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add ground pork, breaking it into bits and seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add coleslaw and cruciferous veggie mix along with green onions. Cook for 5-6 minutes until veggies soften.
- Turn heat to low and add the sauce, mixing well. Cook until cabbage is cooked to your liking.
- Remove from heat and serve, topping with sesame seeds if desired.
