Instructions
- Melt ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add carrots, shallots, and mushrooms, and sauté until soft.
- Stir in garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add ground pork and break it up while cooking until no longer pink.
- Remove pork and leave cooking liquid in the pan.
- Add Napa cabbage and sauté until wilted.
- Return pork to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Season with coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and fish sauce, adjusting to taste.
- Finish with sesame oil and scallions, then serve.
