Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet or wok, then sauté ginger and green onions until fragrant.
- Add garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
- Incorporate ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks until no longer pink.
- Push turkey to the side, add sesame oil, carrots, and cabbage, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix the vegetables with the turkey and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cabbage is tender.
- Stir in tamari, sriracha, and rice wine vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and additional green onions.
