  • 2 ½ cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup tamari
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a skillet or wok, then sauté ginger and green onions until fragrant.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Incorporate ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks until no longer pink.
  4. Push turkey to the side, add sesame oil, carrots, and cabbage, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Mix the vegetables with the turkey and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  6. Stir in tamari, sriracha, and rice wine vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and additional green onions.
