Easy Mini Pecan Tarts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, sugar, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped pecans until mixed.
- Arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- Fill each mini shell with one rounded teaspoon of the pecan mixture.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the filling is set.
- Let cool before serving.
