Ingredients

Filling

  • 2 pounds rhubarb, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix all filling ingredients in a large bowl and transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix all crumble topping ingredients and crumble over the filling.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
