Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup packed spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 ½ cups plain, unsweetened soymilk

Instructions

  1. Place blueberries, spinach, flax seeds, ginger, and soymilk in a blender.
  2. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and enjoy.
