Simple Egg Drop Soup

Instructions
- Bring the bone broth to a rolling boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Flavor the broth with fish sauce and/or Umami Stir-Fry Powder or salt to taste.
- Crack the egg into a small bowl, season it, and whisk well.
- Remove the broth from heat and stir while slowly pouring in the whisked egg.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer the soup to a bowl and garnish with your favorite add-ins.
