Easy Egg Drop Soup

Instructions
- Whisk together ¼ cup of chicken broth with the cornstarch until smooth and set aside.
- In a pot, combine the remaining chicken broth, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
- Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture and increase the heat to high to bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute, then reduce the heat back to medium.
- Stir the soup in a circular motion while pouring in the beaten eggs to create ribbons.
- Add corn and green onions, cooking for an additional minute.
- Serve garnished with more green onions if desired.
