Lemon Blueberry Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan by greasing and dusting it with flour.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Coat the blueberries with 1 Tbsp of the flour mixture and set aside.
- In a stand mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, and lemon zest until pale and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then blend in the vanilla.
- Gradually mix in 1/3 of the flour mixture, followed by 1/2 of the sour cream and lemon juice. Repeat this process, finishing with the last 1/3 of the flour mixture.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a moist crumb.
- Cool the bread for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice and drizzle over the cooled bread.
