Instructions
- Season the ribs with salt, pepper, and chipotle powder.
- Place the ribs in the Instant Pot.
- Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the ribs and mix to coat.
- Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 20 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Serve with optional toppings.
