Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a saucepan, boil the butter, water, and sugar.
- Add flour all at once, stirring until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until shiny.
- Spread the mixture in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Prick the baked shell and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Cool the shell completely.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, orange zest, vanilla, and whipping cream.
- Whip until thick and creamy.
- Spread the filling over the cooled shell and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Combine strawberries and sugar, letting them sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve by piling strawberries on top of the cake.
