Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until broken down.
- Stir in the shredded coconut until well combined.
- Form twelve cookie-shaped discs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Create a small hole in the center of each cookie using a spoon or finger.
- Bake for 25 minutes until lightly golden.
- Melt the chocolate chips and mix in the coconut oil.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled cookies.
- Refrigerate for one hour to allow the chocolate to set.
