Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by blending tahini, water, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, cayenne, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chickpeas and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne (if using), and black pepper. Sauté for about five minutes until slightly browned.
- Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and parsley.
- Assemble the salad by placing cooked farro in bowls, topping with chopped tomato, cucumber, spiced chickpeas, and parsley. Drizzle with the dressing before serving.
