Ingredients

The mocktail

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup simple syrup
  • 16 ounces club soda or sparkling water

For rimming and garnish

  • to taste kosher salt or Margarita salt
  • as needed lime wedges
  • as needed ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glasses by rimming them with salt: run a lime wedge around the top and dip it into the salt.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, and simple syrup, stirring to mix well.
  3. Fill each rimmed glass halfway with ice, pour in 4 ounces of the Margarita mixture, and top with club soda.
  4. Garnish with a lime slice or wedge before serving.
