Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a food processor.
- Add cold butter and process until crumb-like.
- In a bowl, combine maple syrup, yogurt, buttermilk, and egg, then add to the processor and mix to form a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 16 to 20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
