Frozen Aperol Spritz Slushies

Instructions
- Freeze the clementines by laying them on a plate or small baking sheet and placing them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the simple syrup by whisking together agave syrup, water, and orange bitters in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes until syrupy. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
- Once the clementines are frozen and the simple syrup is cooled, blend the clementines, Aperol, and simple syrup until smooth.
- Add ice and champagne to the blender and blend again until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the slushie into glasses and garnish with a splash of Aperol and a clementine slice. Serve immediately.
