1 Pot Loubia Stew

salt or more to taste

ground black pepper

chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
- Simmer gently for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If the stew becomes too dry, add a couple of tablespoons of water.
- Serve warm with bread.
