Paleo Coconut Macaroons

Instructions
- Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks using a hand blender.
- Whisk in honey and salt.
- Stir in coconut flakes.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for ½ hour.
- Fill a 2 tablespoon scoop with the batter and pack it firmly.
- Release the batter onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 1 hour before serving.
