Instructions
- Pour water into the Instant Pot and place the metal trivet on top.
- Arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer on the trivet and season with salt and pepper.
- Secure the lid and set the pressure release valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes (5 minutes if using frozen salmon).
- Once cooking is complete, quickly release the pressure.
- Serve the salmon warm with your favorite sauce and side dish.
