Instructions
- Add water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and arrange them in a single layer on the trivet.
- Sprinkle the salmon with salt, pepper, and any herbs, then lay a lemon slice on each fillet.
- Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 1 minute if fresh, or 4 minutes if frozen.
- Once cooking is complete, manually vent the pressure and check the salmon's temperature.
- Serve hot with additional salt and pepper to taste.
