Ingredients

  • 2 large Bananas (peeled; ~12 oz total before peeling)
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or regular dairy milk)
  • ¼ cup Half and half (or more milk)
  • ½ cup Plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)

Instructions

  1. Freeze the peeled bananas for at least 2 hours for a thicker smoothie, or peel them right before use.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a high-power blender.
  3. Puree until smooth and frothy.
