Paleo Granola

Instructions
- Soak nuts and seeds in a large bowl of water overnight.
- Soak raisins in a separate bowl with 1 cup of water overnight.
- Puree the soaked raisins along with their soaking water in a food processor until smooth.
- Drain and rinse the soaked nuts and seeds, discarding the soaking water.
- Add the drained nuts and seeds to the raisin puree in the food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles granola.
- Pulse in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to combine.
- Spread the mixture onto two large baking sheets.
- For live granola, dehydrate in the oven at the lowest setting (usually 135°F) for 24 hours, or bake at 250°F for 45 minutes for instant granola.
- Serve as desired, optionally topped with shredded coconut or dried fruit.
