Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish (8”x8” or a 9” cast iron skillet).
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with your favorite corn chips.
