No Bake Greek Yogurt Fruit Tart

Ingredients

The crust

  • 2 cups raw pecans
  • 10 pieces Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 pinch flaky salt

The filling

  • 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries
  • 6 pieces strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. 1. In a food processor, pulse the pecans until they are a semi-fine meal, then add the dates and salt, pulsing until the mixture holds together.
  2. 2. Press the mixture into an 8 or 9 inch tart pan to form a crust and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the crust from the freezer and spread the Greek yogurt over it, then top with berries and drizzle with honey before serving.
