Ingredients

The yogurt mixture

  • 32 oz plain Chobani greek yogurt
  • 2 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

The mix-ins

  • 1 pint raspberries
  • ½ cup pistachios, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine greek yogurt, honey, vanilla bean paste, and lemon zest, and whisk until well mixed.
  2. Gently fold in the raspberries and chopped pistachios.
  3. Transfer the mixture into an 8x8 loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once frozen, scoop out and serve.
