Pomegranate and Pistachio Frozen Yogurt Bark

The yogurt base

nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
The toppings

pomegranate arils

shelled pistachio nuts
Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt evenly in the dish.
- Sprinkle and press the pomegranate arils into the yogurt.
- Crush the pistachios in a bag and sprinkle over the yogurt and pomegranate.
- Freeze for at least 5-6 hours until solid.
- Lift the bark out of the dish and break into pieces to serve.
