Instructions
- Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla, then spread the mixture onto the lined pan.
- Press the strawberries into the yogurt mixture, followed by the blueberries.
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top and press them in gently.
- Freeze the mixture for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once frozen, slide the parchment paper onto a cutting board and cut or break into pieces.
