Ingredients

The yogurt base

  • 3 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 3 scoops Collagen Peptides (optional)
  • ½ cup Dark Cocoa Powder

The toppings

  • ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 handful Pretzels

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, honey, collagen (if using), and ¼ cup of cocoa powder until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ¼ cup cocoa powder and mix until there are no lumps.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture over it, spreading evenly.
  4. Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir until drippy.
  5. Drizzle the peanut butter over the yogurt mixture and create swirls with a toothpick or knife.
  6. Add the pretzels on top and freeze for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight until solid.
  7. Once frozen, break the bark into smaller pieces and store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
