High-Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Yogurt Bark

Instructions
- Mix the yogurt, honey, collagen (if using), and ¼ cup of cocoa powder until smooth.
- Add the remaining ¼ cup cocoa powder and mix until there are no lumps.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture over it, spreading evenly.
- Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir until drippy.
- Drizzle the peanut butter over the yogurt mixture and create swirls with a toothpick or knife.
- Add the pretzels on top and freeze for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight until solid.
- Once frozen, break the bark into smaller pieces and store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
