Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Set up a double boiler by placing a large bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the water doesn't touch the bowl.
  2. 2. Add the chocolate chips to the bowl and let them melt slowly.
  3. 3. While the chocolate melts, heat the peanut butter in the microwave until it becomes more spreadable.
  4. 4. Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from heat and pour it onto a lined baking sheet, spreading it into a thin layer.
  5. 5. Drizzle the warmed peanut butter over the chocolate and swirl it in using a fork or toothpick.
  6. 6. Sprinkle sea salt on top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  7. 7. Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in the fridge or a cool dry place, separated by parchment paper.
