Instructions
- 1. Set up a double boiler by placing a large bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the water doesn't touch the bowl.
- 2. Add the chocolate chips to the bowl and let them melt slowly.
- 3. While the chocolate melts, heat the peanut butter in the microwave until it becomes more spreadable.
- 4. Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from heat and pour it onto a lined baking sheet, spreading it into a thin layer.
- 5. Drizzle the warmed peanut butter over the chocolate and swirl it in using a fork or toothpick.
- 6. Sprinkle sea salt on top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- 7. Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in the fridge or a cool dry place, separated by parchment paper.
