Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark

Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
- Combine the peanut butter chips and peanut butter in a small heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave at 50% power in 20-second increments until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a smooth layer.
- Drizzle the melted peanut butter mixture over the chocolate in parallel lines.
- Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the two layers together.
- Refrigerate until the bark is completely set, about 30 minutes.
- Once hardened, break into pieces and enjoy.
