Ingredients

  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  3. Combine the peanut butter chips and peanut butter in a small heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave at 50% power in 20-second increments until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a smooth layer.
  5. Drizzle the melted peanut butter mixture over the chocolate in parallel lines.
  6. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the two layers together.
  7. Refrigerate until the bark is completely set, about 30 minutes.
  8. Once hardened, break into pieces and enjoy.
