Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Lily's sugar free dark chocolate baking bar
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • a few pinches coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a small 9 x 13-inch sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave in 20-second increments until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a smooth layer.
  5. Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the chocolate and create swirls using a toothpick or knife.
  6. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  7. Refrigerate until completely set, about 30 minutes.
  8. Once hardened, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
