Easy Chocolate Bark
Ingredients

quality chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
The toppings

raw nuts or seeds

dried cranberries or other dried fruit

flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and toast the nuts/seeds for 6 to 9 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until about 90% melted.
- Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the melted chocolate evenly to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Sprinkle the toasted nuts and dried fruit over the chocolate, and add flaky salt if desired, pressing toppings lightly into the chocolate.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes or let it cool at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours until hardened.
- Once hardened, break the chocolate bark into about 25 pieces and serve or store at room temperature.
