Ingredients

White Chocolate Peppermint Bark

  • 8 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces white chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 pieces candy canes

Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces natural runny peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons organic powdered sugar

Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate
  • cup salted caramel sauce
  • ½ cup pretzel sticks

White Chocolate Cranberry Pistachio Bark

  • 12 ounces white chocolate
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup de-shelled pistachios

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. For each bark, melt the specified chocolate and spread it onto the sheet.
  3. Let the chocolate harden slightly in the fridge for a few minutes.
  4. Add the additional ingredients for each bark on top of the hardened chocolate.
  5. Return to the fridge and let set for at least 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the parchment and break into pieces.
