Chocolate Pomegranate Walnut Bark

Instructions
- Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a large bowl.
- Melt the mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, or use a double-boiler method.
- Add ¾ of the pomegranate arils and ½ of the walnuts to the melted chocolate and stir to combine.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture onto it, smoothing it out.
- Sprinkle the remaining pomegranate arils and walnuts on top of the chocolate.
- Freeze for 20 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
- Break into pieces and enjoy. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to one week.
