Dark Chocolate Coconut Cranberry Bark

Instructions
- Cover a large rimmed baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
- Stir the macadamia nuts into the melted chocolate until coated.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it to about ¼ inch thick.
- Sprinkle the dried cranberries and shredded coconut over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is set.
- Remove the bark from the mat, break it into pieces, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
