Coco-Nutty Dark Chocolate Bark

dry-roasted and salted macadamia nuts, cut into halves

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and toast the coconut flakes for 3-5 minutes until golden.
- Chop the dark chocolate into small shards for even melting.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate onto it, spreading it into a rough rectangle.
- Sprinkle the toasted coconut, macadamia nuts, and dried cranberries on top of the chocolate.
- Gently press the toppings into the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until hardened.
- Break or cut the chocolate bark into pieces.
