Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 pound dark chocolate (70-85%)
  • ½ cup dry-roasted and salted macadamia nuts, cut into halves
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and toast the coconut flakes for 3-5 minutes until golden.
  2. Chop the dark chocolate into small shards for even melting.
  3. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate onto it, spreading it into a rough rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle the toasted coconut, macadamia nuts, and dried cranberries on top of the chocolate.
  6. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until hardened.
  8. Break or cut the chocolate bark into pieces.
