Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe measuring cup, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the chopped pistachios and cranberries, stirring until mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan.
- Freeze the mixture for 1 hour until solid.
- Break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.
