Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • cup pistachios
  • cup dried cranberries
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan over very low heat.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into a parchment paper lined 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the pistachios and cranberries over the chocolate.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle the coarse sea salt over the bark.
  6. Allow the bark to sit out until it sets, about 2 hours.
  7. Serve the bark.
