Dairy Free Chocolate Christmas Bark

coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan over very low heat.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a parchment paper lined 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the pistachios and cranberries over the chocolate.
- Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula.
- Sprinkle the coarse sea salt over the bark.
- Allow the bark to sit out until it sets, about 2 hours.
- Serve the bark.
