Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ghirardelli semi-sweet chips
  • ¼ cup pistachios, roughly chopped
  • teaspoons course sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the Ghirardelli chips in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet to about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the melted chocolate with course sea salt and chopped pistachios.
  5. Refrigerate the baking sheet for 1 hour to allow the chocolate to set.
  6. Once set, break the chocolate into uneven pieces and serve.
