Salted Pistachio Chocolate Bark

Ghirardelli semi-sweet chips

pistachios, roughly chopped

course sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with cooking spray.
- Melt the Ghirardelli chips in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet to about ¼ inch thick.
- Sprinkle the melted chocolate with course sea salt and chopped pistachios.
- Refrigerate the baking sheet for 1 hour to allow the chocolate to set.
- Once set, break the chocolate into uneven pieces and serve.
