Ingredients

  • 6 oz dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds (dry)

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  2. Ensure the pomegranate seeds are completely dry to prevent the chocolate from seizing.
  3. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
  4. Once melted, toss the pomegranate seeds in the chocolate until fully coated.
  5. Scoop about a tablespoon of the chocolate-coated seeds onto the lined baking sheet.
  6. Repeat until all seeds are used.
  7. Refrigerate for about one hour or until set.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
