Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Ensure the pomegranate seeds are completely dry to prevent the chocolate from seizing.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
- Once melted, toss the pomegranate seeds in the chocolate until fully coated.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of the chocolate-coated seeds onto the lined baking sheet.
- Repeat until all seeds are used.
- Refrigerate for about one hour or until set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
