Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the berries, yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture to remove seeds and skin.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  4. Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions for about 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer the frozen yogurt to a storage container and freeze until firm.
