Instructions
- Add yogurt, honey or maple syrup, frozen strawberries, and lemon juice (if using) to a food processor.
- Process the mixture for about 3-4 minutes until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency or transfer to a container and freeze for several hours.
